Nimesh built Datastub in 2019 on six years of hands-on financial operations — running high-volume, complex books for his father's gold jewelry business, day in and day out. Since then, he's built clean, reliable financial systems for 80+ growing US businesses. He's the person you want on a messy set of books — untangling complex accounting, fixing broken processes, and turning chaotic data into systems owners can actually use. From clean books to strategic tax planning and accurate tax returns filing, to the CFO-level reporting behind big decisions, his goal is simple: give owners the clarity to make their biggest decisions with confidence.

Vandana brings 15+ years of accounting and US compliance experience, supporting 50+ businesses across construction, nonprofits, restaurants, retail, eCommerce, and franchise operations, with deep hands-on experience in US taxation and US GAAP. At Datastub, she leads the accounting department, implementation, and tax compliance — building the GAAP-compliant reporting and internal controls that keep client books audit-ready, ensuring accurate, on-time tax return filing, and advising clients on tax strategy and planning to reduce liability year-round.

Ameet has 12+ years of accounting and financial operations experience, turning raw numbers into decisions owners can use — accurate reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. He works closely with clients in eCommerce, restaurants, and contractor services, manages the day-to-day accounting team, and is one of the senior reviewers every engagement passes through before it reaches a client.

Siddhesh has 9 years of accounting experience, including 6+ years at Datastub, focused on sales tax compliance and new client onboarding. He handles nexus reviews, state registrations, and ongoing filings as clients expand into new states, and manages every new client transition so engagements start clean from week one. He’s worked with clients across eCommerce, home care, franchise operations, retail, roofing, and general contracting.

Chetan leads cleanup and delivery engagements — rebuilding disorganized, backlogged, or mis-categorized books into something reliable. He also brings hands-on experience in Canadian accounting, including GST/HST return preparation and compliance, and handles both sides of the engagement for clients operating across the US-Canada border.
